Week 12: not a bad week’s training at all, even if I do say so myself. It started a little slow but I managed to chalk up a reasonable amount of miles as the week progressed, even with my 40th Birthday rearing it’s ugly head!
After completing a quarter of my running miles last week I managed to chalk up a quarter of my walking miles this week, helped by a great weekend with my girls mostly spent out and about outside enjoying the great weather these last couple of days.
