Not a good week last week; understatement of the century!

The worst week ever.
Old familiar habits
Suffocating me.

You’ve already changed yourself so much in the last year or so Darren and not everything can change at once. You have to remember that little things like this will keep popping up every now and again to test you and in the main you have to remember that you know what you did the last time was the wrong thing and you know what you need to do to change it so its a lesson learnt.

Take a positive from this, you understand it suffocated you, you understand you alienated yourself from those that care rather than talking about it, venting, ranting, whatever you would call it, getting it out of your head (where its serious) and letting others in (where it might not seem so serious in the grand scheme of things).

Just remember there are loadsa of trusted people out there willing to lend you an ear/shoulder/bed anytime you feel you need it, something i think you should have done this week at some point. Dont take this as me having a go at you its not, its just something for you to look back on for the next time.

Life is all about mistake, just try not to make the same ones twice. We all love you m8, keep smiling and glad the clouds have finally broken for you.

Thanks mate. The clouds are still hanging around a bit after the weekend but I’m hopeful I’m pulling through. Down to Kent tomorrow to see Alice sing at the Central Theatre in Chatham so that’ll help put a smile on my face for sure.

Oh, and, er, I’m not sure what you’re trying to say about people offering me a bed? I’m in an amazing relationship thank you so I’m not looking for anything else, and no, you can’t sleep with me! He he 😉

lol, im not as overly sexual about you as some people might think 😉 Just take heed of the things that went oh so wrong this time and make sure the next time you can remedy them before they get this bad, nothing like a good chat and a cuddle (not with me) to maybe sort things out. I beleive the cuddle may be coming tonight if you are seeing Shelli 🙂

Ha! I know, and I hear what you’re saying. It was a bad week with a lot of things compounding to make one horrible mess in my head. Not good. And yes, unless I screw something up big time today then it’ll be cuddles all round tonight with Shelli, after we’ve been out for a run of course, then they can be sweaty cuddles 🙂

lol, not sure about the sweaty cuddles unless its after something else but whatever floats your boat 🙂

Are you going to be videoing said singing event? Would be a good one to have for later reminiscing and possible fun makiing when Alice is old enough to have the dreaded boyfriends and such like 🙂

I’ll be taking my camera and video recorder but as it’s at the Central Theatre I’m not sure what the policy will be regarding taking of photos/videos. If I can then I will as I’ve got videos from Christmas shows etc. – all good ammunition for the years to come 🙂
