Some people just can’t help but be complete idiots, taking whatever it is they need, oblivious to what their actions actually mean or do to other people. The fallout from the most [on the surface] inconsequential thing like a text saying that you’ll be late – no reason given – clearly isn’t appreciated.

punctuality is one of the few traits i have that i’m completely proud of and if late i ALWAYS phone or text as i just can’t stand being late, even if it isn’t my fault i still blame myself. I too have been on the receiving end of such an incosiderate action one and half hours late whilst attempting to pick up the boy, no phone, no text, nothing, that was until i lost the plot and phoned, soon got an answer. The point is that the blowing up and taking a psycho pill could so easily have been avoided if said person had bothered her a-hole to contact me in order to at least let me know instead of me waiting like a prize boob in a fanny competition somewhere in dickville.
Well said my friend. It doesn’t take much to do the right thing does it? And, much like you, if I’m going to be late – even if it’s not my fault – I’ll be keeping whoever it is up to date all the way, and feel bad about it as well. Not that this was related to anything Sarah’s done, just to make that clear.
