Week 46: a good week for a change. I guess the thought of not fitting all the remaining miles in before the end of the year lit a fire under my backside?
Not only did I manage to do a decent amount of miles I also managed to catch up on my running deficit, finishing the week 5 miles up on where I should have been – a very good thing. I’m still down on my cycling miles but another good couple of weeks should have that sorted out.
The current plan will hopefully mean I’ll have all targets done and dusted in the next three weeks, leaving a quiet Christmas break. Fingers crossed it all works out.
