Week 4 of my 2012 challenge is now complete so it’s time to post an update on how I’m doing.

This was a pretty good week. I did a lot more than I thought I was going to be able to do and, more importantly, I’m feeling pretty good after it all.

I doubt every week will reach these dizzying heights but it’s good to know that I can throw a week like this in every now and then without my body throwing a complete wobbler!

All in all a pretty good week, especially when you consider I had time to make up at work to pick the girls up on Friday, and having them all weekend which limited my running.
