Week 37: not a bad week. Managed to chip away a little bit at my running and cycling deficits which is no bad thing.
Although my walking miles challenge is complete the week was finished off with a bang taking part in this year’s Spire to Spire trek in aid of Help for Heroes, one of the charities I’m raising money for with this year’s challenge. It was a great day and Shelli and James did amazingly well!
