Week 18: another slow week towards the challenge after a weekend away with the girls, which meant no running and no cycling for the long bank holiday weekend.
I’m too worried about the slower weeks at the moment as I’m still a month ahead of where I should be for my walking target, two and a half weeks ahead on my running target and six and a half weeks ahead on my cycling total.
That said, I don’t want to get too comfortable as I’ve got a couple of weeks where running and cycling will definitely be out so I need to be well ahead by then.
