Week 16: not the greatest of weeks distance wise. I’ve been a little tired recently and this hit the training, especially the running, a little bit.
Saying that, I ended the running week – before having the girls for the weekend – on a good note, completing a half marathon Friday afternoon on the treadmill so wasn’t a complete loss. My legs, knee and hip held it together pretty well, just suffering with a little bit with sore feet…as ever.
