Week 25: after a disappointing couple of weeks a concerted effort was made to ensure last week was better, and boy did I manage that. A much better week, especially on the running front.
A sea-change in mental attitude took place, setting my alarm earlier so that I could run before work when I was at home. This was needed as my running miles total was beginning to get a little concerning seeing as it’s almost halfway through the year. I knew those miles would be the hardest to complete but I was ahead of plan before the last couple of slow weeks.
That’s not the case now though after running just shy of 53 miles over the weekend, but more on that in another post. For now, I’m pleased I’ve managed to get over the halfway mark before actually getting halfway through the year!
Here are the scores on the doors for this week:

Sponsor Me Please!
Don’t forget, you can get to my fundraising page at the following location:
The page will be live throughout my challenge this year (and a couple of months after) so please, when you can, give a few pounds to help some very worthy charities.
Why not do like my good mate Stu’s doing? He’s sponsoring me 2p a mile – which is amazingly generous, thanks Stu! You don’t have to pledge that much; 1p, 1/2p, 1/10p…it’ll all add up considering I’ll be covering at least 4012 miles this year!
Thanks. It means a lot and is very much appreciated.
