Week 24: a bad week wouldn’t even be close to how this week went. It was awful; no running, no cycling, and minimal walking. A real wall as far as this challenge goes.
Everything went wrong, not helped by my head being my worst enemy. As I know all too well, as soon as the head’s not right exercising is almost impossible, which the figures clearly show.
Work was too much for me and I was pretty stressed out and depressed over it all. It was also the run up to father’s day, a day I dread each year as it reminds me of dad all too much. It’s also not quite the same now that the girls aren’t here all the time. I can’t explain why that is, it just is.
All in all it was a struggle just to get up each day and it really did knock my confidence in my ability to complete this challenge. We’ll see if I can bounce back from it won’t we?
